Refund Policy

At Beiger, we take pride in creating products that reflect care, comfort, and craftsmanship. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, clean, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email) is required.

Please email us at nature@beiger.ca before returning your item to receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for sizing issues or defects. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special edition products

  • Items marked “final sale”

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.
