Are Beiger’s SlipperShoes waterproof?
SlipperShoes are not waterproof but are moisture-wicking and quick-drying. The felt wool upper naturally repels light moisture, but we don’t recommend wearing them in heavy rain or snow.
Can I wear them outside?
Yes! SlipperShoes are great for outdoor conditions (like walking on patios, gardens, or running quick errands). They are best for temperatures between -5°C to 20°C.

This is a normal phenomenon and can be removed directly without impacting on the comfort experience.
Can I recycle or replace parts of the shoe?
Yes! You can replace the felt upper instead of buying a whole new pair, extending the shoe’s lifespan.

What shipping methods does Beiger use?
How long will it take to receive my Beiger order?
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.
The email you received with your tracking information is the best source for updates and the timing of your order. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Can I buy extra felt uppers separately?
Yes! We offer interchangeable felt uppers in different colors and textures so you can refresh your look without buying a whole new pair.
What If I'm Not Available When My Order Is Delivered?
You will receive two emails from our courier, which will allow you to change the date or time of the delivery of your package.
If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt. If you have not contacted the courier they will attempt a second delivery the following day. If again you are not available for the delivery it will be returned to the local depot and be held there for collection - details will be provided on the card. You can also arrange a specific delivery time from the courier by contacting the phone number provided on the card.

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?
We currently not.
Charges
Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location. We will do our best to make sure that you receive the fewest shipments possible, and will try to send the order in one package. If we do need to send you more than one shipment, you will only be charged once for the total cost of the order. While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package.
Shipping costs will not be refunded upon return as they are one-time fees.
Can I cancel or update my Beiger order after it's placed?
We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, our orders do move through the fulfillment center pretty quickly. Once your order has reached our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations, suggest you send us email at NATURE@BEIGER.CA as soon as possible.
If we are not able to cancel or edit your order and you would like a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help you process an exchange or return within 30 days for any unworn product! Simply reach out to us at NATURE@BEIGER.CA

What’s your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns & exchanges within 30 days for unworn shoes in original condition. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items include gift cards, sock bundles, and items tagged final sale on our website.
Can I return an order that was a gift?
