Does Beiger fit wide or narrow feet?

Beiger shoe style is of medium width, suitable for most foot shapes, but if your feet are wider or have a fuller width, it is recommended to choose a size larger.

Can I wear socks with them?

Absolutely! Beiger SlipperShoes feel cozy barefoot, but they also work well with thin or thick socks depending on your comfort preference.

Will the wool upper stretch over time?

Yes! The natural wool felt gradually molds to your foot shape, making it even more comfortable over time.

Can Beiger be worn without socks?

The skin-friendly wool lining is more suitable for wearing barefoot. In spring and autumn, you can go outdoors barefoot, but it is recommended to wear socks when outdoors in the cold winter.

How to care Beiger’s SlipperShoe?

Felt Upper: Brush off dust or spot-clean with a damp cloth. Do not soak or machine wash.
EVA Outsole: Wipe with a damp cloth or rinse lightly with water.

We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., and select international locations. Stay tuned as we expand!

Can I buy extra felt uppers separately?

Yes! We offer interchangeable felt uppers in different colors and textures so you can refresh your look without buying a whole new pair.

What If I'm Not Available When My Order Is Delivered?

You will receive two emails from our courier, which will allow you to change the date or time of the delivery of your package.

If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt. If you have not contacted the courier they will attempt a

What shipping methods does Beiger use?

Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we’ll do our best to ship everything to you at once.

If we need to send you more than one shipment, we’ll only charge you ONCE for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package.

Our warehouse is based in Canada and China ships on Monday through Friday. While we make every attempt to process orders on the day they are placed – only orders that are ordered PRIOR to 11:00 am PST with next business day shipping will be guaranteed to ship out the same day – subject to order verification and credit approval.

How long will it take to receive my Beiger order?

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We offer free returns & exchanges within 30 days for unworn shoes in original condition. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items include gift cards, sock bundles, and items tagged final sale on our website.

Can I return an order that was a gift?

Experience the unique charm of handmade products and encourage the development of handmade craftsmanship. Beiger gives you unique designs free of charge through points redemption, which are not exchangeable or returnable as gift options.
